Books published by Oxford, and the other publishers we represent, can be obtained at good bookshops throughout Southern Africa. Alternatively you can order directly from us.

Please quote the ISBN of each book when ordering, as this eliminates inaccuracies and expedites the ordering process. Unless previous arrangements have been made, all books are supplied on firm sale. Please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order.


You can place your order online by using our shopping basket. Orders can be placed using Visa or MasterCard and will be shipped to your door within 7–10 working days.

All orders less than R750 excl VAT will be charged a small order delivery fee of R65 excl. VAT.

All orders will only be delivered to physical street addresses, so please ensure your address details are correct and that there will be somebody to sign for the delivery. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Online ordering is only available to customers in South Africa, Lesotho, Namibia, Swaziland and Botswana. If you are located in any other country please visit to be directed to your country of choice.

Step 1 – Register an account
Click the "Register" button or the "View Basket" button on the top right of the site. If you have added items to your basket before registering, that is no problem. After you have registered it will retain the contents of the basket.

Step 2 – Add items to your basket
To add items to your basket just click on the "Add" links in the catalogue listing or the "Add to Basket" button in the product information page. You will see text where you click saying "Added".

Step 3 – View your basket and checkout
When you are ready to checkout use the "View Basket" link on the top right of the site, or if you are logged in, use the "Shopping Basket" icon on the top right of the site to view your basket.
Click the "Checkout" link.

Step 4 – Verify your details
Check your details and pay careful attention to the delivery address. This needs to be correct to ensure your order reaches you in good time.
If you have a promotion number please insert it in the “Promotion number” field, and if you wish to receive marketing material from us click on this checkbox.
Please ensure you have checked on the check box to accept our terms and conditions of sale.
Click the “Proceed” button.

Step 5 – Verify the items in your basket
Double-check the items in your basket. The amount you see in the Total will be the amount processed to your credit or Visa card.
Click on the “Proceed to Pay” button.

Step 6 – Enter your credit card details
Enter your credit card details on the payment gateways site.

Step 7 – Enter a password
You may be asked to enter a one-time password, which your bank will email to you. Click the “Submit” button.

Order confirmation
Once your card and payment has been authorised, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email. Please pay careful attention to this email as it may include details about any items that cannot be supplied.
