It has been a while since Nian, The Truth Sayer, has had to deal with anything other than the fighting of the other boys. The Castle of Truth is being repaired. Everything appears as normal as it had before it all went wrong, until the day an owl appeared on the wall of the castle. After the boys being blamed, the lords think otherwise. Nian has power, more than anyone else in the castle, but what good will it do him in this situation as the owl is one he cannot read.
When I started reading “The March of the Owlmen” I realised that this was a different book. The first few pages lost me a few times, but I managed to figure out what was happening. The further I got to the end the more hooked I became. I usually read these type of book but I had no idea that this particular book even existed. I had never read or seen a book written with such enthusiasm. Sally Prue is definitely a great author.
I would recommend this book from the age thirteen and upwards as it is not a very complicated book to read and has an unexpected ending.
Hopefully boys will read this book too as anybody can read it. Female and Male.
