Witch Finder is not like any of your typical or stereotype horror books, where you have Heaven versus Hell or Demons against Angels or even Good versus Evil. In this book its Demons and Witches against Elders and all are human except for demons who are creatures of all kinds, definitely not found in this world or in this lifetime. I found that this book gave me sleepless nights as I longed to find out what’s going to happen next after reading through my “bedtime”.

Books like Dawn of the Demontide or should I say books that are sort of but not really similar are exciting to read as they take you into another world and it helps young teens who supposedly don’t have creativity let their imaginations run wild. If you have problems in life with either girl friends or boyfriends or friends, etc and just want to escape but do it in the comfort of your own room this is the book to read. Having no pictures in this book encourages you to create your own characters. Some parents might think that it will some how turn your child into a Satanist or something of that sort but the special part of this book is that its got nothing to do with God or the devil but with humans as a whole. Keeping secrets can either build up or destroy you or the relationship its part of. This book can also help parents find a way to open up to their kids and tell them the truth about things that can affect their lives in the present or future.

I enjoyed this book a lot and I definitely cannot wait for the sequel I think the author William Hussey should consider turning this book series into a movie series because this is for sure a future Harry Potter (but in the DARK AGES!). The black cover gives it a mysterious feel making curios people want to open the book even if the thickness of the book can seem intimidating at times. I am grateful for getting the opportunity to review this book.
